Order processing and timescales

At GamerPass, we prepare and dispatch every order with great care. All orders are processed within 24 working hours after payment confirmation and are typically delivered within 48 hours.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey with peace of mind.

Delivery method

Deliveries are handled by our partner Delivengo, renowned for reliability and speed. We offer a single standard delivery service—simple and efficient, with no add-on options.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Small items (video games, cards, slim accessories) are shipped in reinforced packaging under 3 cm thick, ensuring product protection and fast transit.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a Delivengo tracking link will be sent to you by e-mail. You can check your parcel status at any time until delivery.

Delivery areas

We deliver across all of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us so we can confirm whether shipping is possible.

Delays or delivery issues

The quoted times are indicative and may be slightly extended in exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, peak periods, etc.). If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please write to us at: pro@gamerpass.store We will locate your parcel or arrange a replacement shipment if necessary.

On receipt

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel. If you notice any issue (damaged parcel, missing item, wrong reference, etc.), notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can act promptly.
